Website Terms

The rules for using this website. These terms govern public browsing only. Paid engagements are governed by a signed Statement of Work.

v1.0legal@globaladmins.com

Document under legal review. This is a plain-English baseline published so procurement and security teams have something defensible to reference while counsel finalises the binding version. If you need a signed, counsel-approved version for a specific engagement, ask on the first call and we will expedite.

Scope of these terms

These terms cover your use of the public GlobalAdmins website. They do not cover a paid engagement: engagement scope, warranties, liability caps, indemnification, and acceptable-use terms for any paid work are defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) we sign with you at kickoff.

Content and intellectual property

The website copy, design, playbooks, resources, and downloadable artifacts are published by GlobalAdmins. You may read them, share links to them, and quote excerpts with attribution. You may not resell them, repackage them as your own content, or train a commercial product on them.

Third-party marks and product names are the property of their respective owners and are used here for descriptive reference only.

No professional advice

Content on this site is general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or regulated-industry compliance advice. If you apply anything on this site to your business without our involvement, you do so at your own risk. If you want us to apply it with you, that is what engagements are for.

No warranty

This site is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. We work hard on accuracy, but we do not warrant that the site is free of errors, that every link always resolves, or that every claim made by a third-party we link to is correct.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalAdmins is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. If you have an engagement with us, that engagement's contract governs liability for paid work and takes precedence over this clause for anything performed under that contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from your use of the public website will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

Updates

We may update these terms as the business, product surface, or legal requirements evolve. The version and last-updated date at the top of this page always reflect the current terms. We will note material changes in the release log if we move to a page-level changelog.
