The vendors that process any data on our behalf to operate this website. Kept current as vendors change.
Document under legal review. This is a plain-English baseline published so procurement and security teams have something defensible to reference while counsel finalises the binding version. If you need a signed, counsel-approved version for a specific engagement, ask on the first call and we will expedite.
How this list works
A subprocessor is a third party that processes personal data on our behalf. The list below covers the public GlobalAdmins website. Engagement-specific subprocessors are defined in the Statement of Work for that engagement and may include additional vendors (for example, your Microsoft tenant's platform providers).
Vercel — hosting and delivery
Vercel hosts the website and runs the serverless functions that back form submissions. Vercel receives request logs, including IP address and request metadata, as required to serve the site and prevent abuse. Vercel holds ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2. Data can be processed in the United States and European Union depending on edge routing.
Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights — aggregate traffic
Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights collect aggregate traffic and performance metrics. We do not link this data to individual identified users. Both services are governed by the same Vercel data-processing agreement.
Resend — transactional email
Resend delivers the emails generated by contact-form and scorecard submissions. Resend receives the submission content and the recipient address. Resend holds SOC 2 Type 2. Processing occurs in the United States.
Google Fonts — typography (self-hosted)
The site uses the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, served via the Next.js font pipeline. Fonts are self-hosted at build time; runtime requests to Google Fonts servers are not made from the client. Google therefore does not receive visitor IP addresses as part of normal site operation.
