What we collect when you use this website and contact us, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to exercise your rights over your data.
Document under legal review. This is a plain-English baseline published so procurement and security teams have something defensible to reference while counsel finalises the binding version. If you need a signed, counsel-approved version for a specific engagement, ask on the first call and we will expedite.
Who we are
GlobalAdmins is a California-based AI and Microsoft cloud consultancy. For the purposes of this notice, we act as the controller of the personal data you submit through this website.

What we collect
We collect the minimum information we need to respond to you and run the site. We do not sell personal data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
- Contact-form data you submit: name, email, company, message, and the context of the offer you responded to.
- Scorecard responses you submit if you use the AI Workflow Scorecard: business size band, tooling answers, and the contact email you provide.
- Technical telemetry from Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights: coarse-grained page views, device class, referrer. This is aggregate traffic data, not identified user data.
- Server logs: IP address and request metadata kept briefly for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
Why we collect it
We use the data to do exactly what the form promised: reply to your message, send you the scorecard output, and keep the site fast and secure. We do not use it to retarget you, build lookalike audiences, or enrich contact records in a CRM we then sell data out of.
How long we keep it
Form submissions live in our email inbox and are reviewed in the normal course of business. If a conversation does not progress, we delete submissions older than twenty-four months.
Scorecard responses are kept only for the duration needed to deliver the scorecard output and any follow-up you request.
Server logs rotate on a short window. Aggregate analytics are retained per the defaults of our vendors (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights).
Who processes it on our behalf
A short list of vendors process your data to make this site work. The current list lives on the Subprocessors page and is kept up to date as vendors change.
Your rights
If you are in California, the EU, the UK, or another region with statutory data rights, you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents may also ask us to confirm whether we have sold or shared personal information (we have not).
- Access a copy of your data.
- Correct anything that is inaccurate.
- Delete your data, subject to any legal hold.
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time.
Contact and disputes
Send privacy requests to privacy@globaladmins.com. We reply within one business day and complete most requests within thirty days.
If we cannot resolve a concern, California residents may lodge a complaint with the California Privacy Protection Agency. EU and UK residents may contact their national supervisory authority.
